REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, exceeding the legal minimum of 14 days. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

2. Special Logistics Protocol (Liquids and Sprays)

For safety reasons in transport and environmental regulations on opened chemical products (CLP Regulation), the Aqua & Stain Protector and Shoe Cleaner Foam cannot be returned once unsealed or tested.

If the product does not meet your expectations:

After validating your case, we will process a full or partial refund without requiring you to send the product back, to avoid leakage risks during transport.

The customer is responsible for disposal or recycling of the container in accordance with local regulations.

3. Returns of Accessories and Kits

For products such as the Sneaker Essentials Kit, Peppermint Guard Squad (and variants) or other physical accessories, the standard procedure applies:

Condition: The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products.

4. Refund Procedure

To request any return or report an issue:

Send an email to connect@footarchy.com with your order number and photos of the product's condition.

Within a maximum of 48 hours you will receive shipping instructions or confirmation of a direct refund.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days via the same payment method used.

5. Exceptions and Legal Guarantee

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for personalised products or those which, for hygiene reasons (once unsealed), are not suitable for resale.

Defective Product: If you receive a damaged product, Footarchy will cover all replacement or refund costs after verifying the photographs of the incident.

Guarantee: All our products carry a 3-year legal guarantee in accordance with current Spanish regulations.
